I go to yoga because of the unique experience I get in BLOOM's lovely surroundings.  I like the
    individualized attention, as well as the wonderful stretching and toning that yoga gives me.  
    Practicing yoga at Bloom Studio enhances both my body and my mind.  I simply feel better
    physically and mentally when I do it.  It has also stopped some of my aches and pains from a
    slight case of arthritis.  Making new friends and renewing acquaintances has been a positive for
    me.  All in all, BLOOM provides a great experience that people in Ottawa should take
    advantage of.

    I've taken many yoga classes in the past and Diana's
    class is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is
    relaxing, her voice is soothing and every class is very
    unique, you never do the same routine over and over
    again!  As a massage therapist, I like the fact that
    she stretches areas that are short and tight on most
    people, especially people that sit at desks all
    day or have long commutes. I would recommend to
    anyone to try taking her classes, young or old, new or
    experienced. You won't regret it!

    It had been a long time since I had done any form of sustained exercise
    except walking.  Like 15 - 20 years.  I have struggled with my weight
    most of my adult life and last October my health got to a point where I
    really had to do something.  I started an all Raw Diet on Oct 7, 2009 and
    decided I had to start doing some exercise too.  Around the first of
    November, I attended my first yoga class with Diana.  It was amazing.  
    There was no judgement.  I never felt like anyone was looking at how "bad"
    I was doing.  Diana made you feel like what ever was right for you was
    what you should be doing.  I have been attending classes 2-3 times per
    week ever since.  I can't believe the difference it has made in my
    stamina, my flexibility, my body, and my body image.  Plus it really has
    helped sustain my weight loss.  I have never wanted to exercise before,
    but with Yoga at Bloom I now plan my day around yoga class.  It is the
    priority, not all the other stuff I "have" to do.  It has really helped teach
    me that I have to take care of myself first if I am going to have the
    time, energy and patience to help the other people in my life.  Thank you
    to Diana and Bloom.  You have helped me to improve my life and I know
    with your support it will just keep getting better.
