Diana is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance® and a member of IAYT.  She is working toward both the 500-
hour and Yoga Therapist certifications with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.  Diana teaches and inspires

energizing yet compassionate nature encourages each individual to develop their own practice with a sense of
    balance and self-awareness.
Andrea Roseland started her yoga practice in 1997 after 10 years of teaching fitness
classes.  She began the 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training In-House program at
the Temple of Kriya in Chicago and was certified as a Teacher of Hatha Yoga in 1999.
She has taught yoga classes at Mueller’s School of Dance in Morris and currently
teaches yoga at LiveFit in Morris, as well as at BLOOM!.  Her background also includes
15 years of teaching pre-school dance, tumbling and beginning ballet/jazz classes.
Andrea’s classes incorporate basic yoga postures held for extended lengths of time.
Her approach encourages students to withdraw their senses from the external world
and find their inner stillness, to find their edge between comfort and discomfort by
listening to their own bodies, and to learn to use their breath to create energy and
    awareness within.

Nancy Brejc began her yoga practice in 2008 at a gym before coming to BLOOM!. She
has experienced amazing benefits from practicing yoga both mentally and physically.
Interested in teaching, she was certified by YogaFit in 2011 and started to substitute
teach at BLOOM!, and then started her own classes in Hinkley and Earlville.  Her
eagerness to learn and share with others led her into the 200-hour teaching program
with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts at BLOOM! this year.  She enjoys
helping people connect with their inner voice which might tell them they can’t do
something, but by changing their thinking they find what they thought was impossible
IS possible.   She loves introducing people to yoga and helping students enhance their
    practice in a safe environment.
