has experienced amazing benefits from practicing yoga both mentally and physically. Interested in teaching, she was certified by YogaFit in 2011 and started to substitute teach at BLOOM!, and then started her own classes in Hinkley and Earlville. Her eagerness to learn and share with others led her into the 200-hour teaching program with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts at BLOOM! this year. She enjoys helping people connect with their inner voice which might tell them they can’t do something, but by changing their thinking they find what they thought was impossible IS possible. She loves introducing people to yoga and helping students enhance their practice in a safe environment. |
